Need a space for your meeting? Utilize our meeting room!

The Southern Bank Multi-Purpose Room is a dynamic conference and meeting room that features a large TV screen, computer, and sound system. Tables and chairs are all on wheels, allowing for the room to be arranged in a multitude of ways based on need. The room also features a long buffet countertop, a sink, and large windows for natural light. We host internal department, committee, and board meetings in this room along with several of our nightly activities. This room is available for the community to use for a small donation to RMHC-ENC.

Availability

The Multi-Purpose Room is available for rental between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in 3 hour increments. This includes set up and tear down time. Since we utilize the space for internal meetings, your requested date and time may not be available. Please be sure to wait to communicate your meeting details with attendees until you receive confirmation from RMHC-ENC that your requested date and time is available.

Fee

We charge a $25 donation for use of the Multi-Purpose Room for 3 hours. In lieu of donating monetarily, groups can opt to make a meal for our families.

Occupancy and Room Features

The Multi-Purpose Room can seat a maximum of 30 people. With the included equipment, it is possible to have a hybrid meeting as well. Included equipment and features include:

  • Large display TV, perfect for visual aids, video, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Sound system
  • Room camera and microphone that can capture the entire meeting room for hybrid meeting structures
  • Buffet counter for refreshments
  • Sink
  • Large windows for natural sunlight
  • Tables and chairs that can be arranged according to the meeting or other use needs

Rental Request Process

If you believe that our Multi-Purpose Room will suit your needs, please fill out the form on this webpage to complete your request. You will receive an email recognizing that your request has been received. This is not a confirmation of your requested day and time, just a confirmation that we received your request.

Within 48 business hours, you will hear from a member of our team to confirm the date or regrets that the date/time is unavailable. If your date has been confirmed and you have never visited our House/utilized the MPR before, we will schedule a time for a representative of your group/agency to come out for a quick orientation and tour of the space.

After date confirmation and the orientation (if applicable), your group will be all set and ready for your meeting! We ask for at least 24 hours advance notice if you have to cancel your use of the room. If you opt to Make a Meal instead of making a $25 donation, please make sure to schedule your meal here.
